Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@boumelki.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
